Social Media Account Management Services in Canada, Without the Guesswork

We take the accounts off your plate entirely: a calendar approved a month ahead, content produced and published on schedule, comments and messages answered the same day, and one report that says what it produced.

  • Calendar approved 30 days ahead
  • Same day replies in business hours
  • You own every account

What does social media account management include?

Planning what gets posted, producing it, publishing it on schedule, replying to everyone who engages, monitoring what people say about you, and reporting on what it produced. In practice it is the whole job apart from the ads.

Most businesses do not stop posting because they decide social does not work. They stop because it is the thing that gets dropped when a busy week arrives, and then again the next week, and after a month the account looks abandoned to anyone who checks it.

The fix is a system rather than more discipline. Content planned and approved a month ahead means publishing never depends on somebody being free that afternoon. Replies handled by a named person means messages do not sit for three days. A monthly report means you can see whether it is working instead of guessing.

We run the accounts as if they were ours, but with your voice and your approval. Nothing publishes that you have not seen, and anything reactive or sensitive gets checked before it goes out.

  • A month of content planned and approved before it publishes
  • Publishing at the times your audience is actually active
  • Comments, messages and reviews answered the same day
  • Monthly report and call on what the activity produced

What does the monthly service actually cover?

Calendar planning, content production, scheduling, community management, reputation monitoring, competitor watching, and reporting. Volume varies by plan, scope does not.

Everything runs inside accounts you own, so nothing is trapped with us if the relationship ends.

How does the monthly cycle work?

Plan in the last week of the month, approve in one pass, publish and engage through the month, then review. That rhythm means you spend about an hour a month on social instead of an hour a day.

  1. Last week of month

    Plan

We build next month around what is happening in your business, what worked last month, and what is coming up seasonally. You tell us what is going on, we turn it into a calendar.

  2. One pass

    Approve

Everything for the month in one place, reviewed in a single sitting. Comments go directly on the posts rather than through email threads, and revisions happen before anything is scheduled.

  3. Through the month

    Publish and engage

Scheduled posting, plus stories and reactive content where relevant. Comments and messages answered same day in business hours by someone who knows your business.

  4. First week of next month

    Review

Report and call. What performed, what did not, what we are changing, and what we need from you for the coming month.

How much does account management cost?

From around 800 dollars a month for two channels with a modest output, up to 3,000 and beyond where video, daily engagement and multi channel coverage are involved. Ad spend and shoot days are separate.

PlanMonthlyWhat you getSuited to
Presence$800 to $1,2002 channels, 8 to 12 posts, replies in business hoursKeeping accounts credible and current
Growth$1,200 to $2,2002 to 3 channels, 16 to 20 posts, 4 short videos, active engagementUsing social as a real enquiry channel
Full service$2,200 to $3,500Multi channel, weekly video, stories, daily engagementBrands where social drives meaningful revenue
Add on: shoot day$900 to $1,800 per dayPhotography and video, enough for a month of contentAny plan that needs original footage

Ad spend goes directly to the platform from your own account. We never bill it through us or add a markup.

Why not hire someone in house or use a freelancer?

An in house hire is better once volume justifies a full salary. Below that, a team gives you design, video, copy and strategy for less than one junior wage, and does not disappear when one person is on holiday.

Several of our clients eventually hire in house and we move to a strategy and production role. That is a good outcome, not a lost account.

What do you need from me each month?

About an hour: a short update on what is happening in the business, a batch of raw footage or photos, and one approval pass on the calendar. Everything else is ours.

The raw footage matters more than anything else you give us. A few minutes of real work, real product or real people beats any amount of stock imagery, and it is the main thing that stops an account looking like every other business in your category.

Account management questions

The review looks at your accounts and two competitors, and tells you honestly whether the channel is worth investing in.

Ask us directly

Do I approve every post?

You approve the month in one pass, which takes most clients about twenty minutes. Reactive or sensitive content is checked individually before it goes out. Nothing publishes that you have not seen.

What if I have no photos or video?

We start with design led content and a shoot day if the budget allows, then teach your team to capture usable footage on a phone. Most businesses have far more raw material than they think, it is just sitting in a camera roll rather than being used.

How quickly do you reply to comments and messages?

Same day within business hours. Enquiries that need your input are flagged to you immediately rather than sitting until we can answer them. Outside business hours the automated first response covers the gap.

Can you manage LinkedIn personal profiles as well as company pages?

Yes, and for most B2B it is the more valuable of the two. Personal profiles reach further than company pages by a wide margin. We draft, you approve, and it posts from your profile so it stays authentically yours.

What happens to the content if we stop working together?

You keep all of it. The asset library is handed over quarterly rather than at the end, so at any point you already have everything produced to date in editable form.

Do you handle paid ads too?

Yes, as a separate line rather than bundled in, because they are genuinely different work. Where both run together the organic content informs which creative gets budget, which is a large part of why paid social performs better alongside a managed account.

Is there a minimum term?

Ninety days at the start, because social needs that long for consistency to show a result. After that it is month to month.

We will review your channels against two competitors and tell you which platform deserves the investment, what content would work, and what it would take to run it properly. If the answer is that your budget belongs somewhere else, we will say that.
